After turning my passion into a career, I now work every day as a highly enthusiastic and committed personal trainer.
I draw my energy and motivation from my family and from my day-to-day work with my customers. My strengths include openness and empathy, while I have a definite weakness for chocolate and good food.
Taking people exactly as they are is something I find especially exciting and enriching.

My friends and family call me a bundle of energy. I found my passion for sport and fitness in the U.S.A. I no longer can live without movement – whether it is hard workout, a lesson of yoga or a fun outdoor weekend in the Alps. As a mum of twins, I am aware of the challenges a fully packed week brings along, however, I always make time to squeeze in a workout and continuously attend workshops to further educate myself. My top priority is motivation. Challenging people whilst dedicating myself to their individual needs and circumstances are essential for my work.
